Porzio Injury is comprised of experienced attorneys from the law firm of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., a full-service law firm headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, with additional offices in New York City and throughout the country.
The team includes Lee Goldsmith, a dean of medical malpractice law who is both a physician and an attorney, Jordan Goldsmith, a former Hudson County prosecutor, Joan Bannan, who previously defended physicians in malpractice cases, and Bill Krais, a former county bar president and Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Lee and Jordan Goldsmith, formerly of Goldsmith and Goldsmith, LLP, in Bergen County, joined Porzio, Bromberg & Newman to help form Porzio Injury in January 2024. Joan brought her diverse legal experience to Porzio in 2019. Bill has been with Porzio for over 35 years, representing victims of medical malpractice and personal injuries for most of that time. The team includes Certified Civil Trial Attorneys.
